Proof Approval

Before proceeding with engraving, we provide proofs for all customer-supplied items. We proceed only upon receiving approval from the customer. Once approved, we carefully schedule the item for engraving.

Wood's Variability

Wood, being a natural material, may respond unpredictably during the engraving process. While the majority of items display wonderful quality, it's crucial to acknowledge and embrace the inherent variability. There is a possibility of unexpected reactions, such as splitting or other unique patterns. If, during our assessment, we are unsure about how the wood will react to a specific design, we will provide guidance and advise you accordingly.
