Do you engrave items not purchased directly from your website?

Generally, yes, we can engrave on items purchased from other sources, however not all materials engrave well. Engraving quality will vary based upon the substrate. Please contact us via email for a custom quote. Engraving services are quoted on a per-project basis.

Can you engrave handwriting and photos?

Yes. Please email us an image (AI or SVG file) of the desired handwriting or photo. Custom engraving services are quoted on a per-project basis.

How fast do your products ship?

We complete and ship all orders within three to five business days of payment confirmation. AEC ships most everything via USPS Priority Mail. Orders are usually received by our customers in seven to ten days from payment confirmation. We are able to expedite the shipping process for an additional fee.
